Regarding the excavator bucket, it can be divided into trench bucket, cleaning bucket, standard bucket, rock bucket, quarry bucket, and skeleton bucket based on the working condition.
Excavator Standard Bucket
The standard bucket is primarily used for digging clay and loose soil, as well as loading sand, soil, and gravel. Crafted from high-quality Q355 material, it ensures durability and efficiency in typical excavation tasks.
Rock Bucket
Compared to the standard bucket, rock buckets are engineered for heavy-duty operations such as excavating hard soil mixed with soft gravel. These buckets are built from high-strength steel, are 20% heavier, and feature reinforced side teeth and specialized rock bucket teeth. The main cutter is made of NM400 steel, with other parts customizable according to client specifications.
Quarry Excavator Bucket
The quarry excavator bucket excels in hard soil and marble excavation, and is also ideal for loading gravel and rubble. Designed for severe, abrasive conditions, it offers superior wear protection. Constructed from wear-resistant materials, the side blade and main blade plates are enhanced to resist bending and abrasion, ensuring long-lasting performance.
Trench Bucket
Unlike the standard bucket, the trench bucket lacks side cutters and typically has a width within 300mm. Teeth can be added as needed. It is specifically designed for efficient trench excavation of various shapes in a single pass.
Cleaning Bucket
The cleaning bucket, or ditch cleaning bucket, features a wide, shallow design with a straight edge, perfect for ground leveling and smoothing aggregates and soil. Its low-profile design allows for an increased width without additional weight. The cast cutting edge ensures a longer service life.
Skeleton Bucket
Designed to separate debris and rocks from soil, the skeleton bucket is versatile for rock sorting, stockpiling, and demolition. It is effective for handling both small and large objects, making excavation tasks easier. Widely used in water conservancy, forestry, and agriculture projects, it offers customizable screen sizes to meet specific requirements and can be tailored to various working environments.
Rock Skeleton Bucket
The rock skeleton bucket is a robust variation of the standard skeleton bucket, featuring stronger cutters and rock teeth for enhanced durability in demanding rock-sorting applications.
