Regarding the excavator bucket, it can be divided into trench bucket, cleaning bucket, standard bucket, rock bucket, quarry bucket, and skeleton bucket based on working conditions.
Excavator Standard Bucket
This bucket is ideally used for digging clay and loose soil, as well as loading sand, soil, and gravel. Constructed mainly from Q355 material, it ensures durability and reliability in standard excavating tasks.
Rock Bucket
The rock bucket is designed for heavy-duty operations such as digging through hard soil mixed with gravel. It requires high-strength steel due to its harsh application conditions. The bucket is approximately 20% heavier than standard ones and features thicker materials. Special rock teeth and stronger side guards enhance its durability. The main cutting edge is made of NM400 steel, with other parts customizable based on client needs.
Quarry Excavator Bucket
Ideal for hard soil digging and handling tough marble, gravel, and rubble, the quarry excavator bucket excels in highly abrasive conditions. It offers superior wear protection, making it durable and reliable in aggressive work environments. Made from sturdy, wear-resistant materials, the side and main blade plates are significantly reinforced to prevent bending and abrasion.
Trench Bucket
Unlike the standard bucket, the trench bucket has no side cutters and typically measures up to 300mm in width. Teeth can be added upon request. This bucket is specifically designed for efficient excavation of various trench shapes, completing the job in one go.
Cleaning Bucket
The Ditch Cleaning Bucket features a wide, shallow design with a straight edge, perfect for ground leveling and smoothing aggregates and soil. Its low-profile design allows for increased width without added weight. The attached cutting edge is cast for enhanced longevity.
Skeleton Bucket
Designed for segregating debris and rocks from soil, the skeleton bucket is also useful for rock sorting, stockpiling, and demolition. It handles both small and large objects, aiding in various excavation tasks. This versatile bucket is suitable for projects in water conservancy, forestry, and agriculture, with customizable screen sizes and adaptations for specific working environments.
Rock Skeleton Bucket
Compared to the standard skeleton bucket, the rock skeleton bucket includes stronger cutters and rock teeth, enhancing its capability in tougher conditions.
