Application Range
Regarding the excavator bucket, it can be categorized into trench bucket, cleaning bucket, standard bucket, rock bucket, quarry bucket, and skeleton bucket based on the working conditions.
Excavator Standard Bucket
Primarily used for digging clay and loose soil, as well as loading sand, soil, and gravel. Made from Q355 material, the standard bucket is both robust and efficient.
Rock Bucket
Rock buckets are designed for heavy-duty tasks in challenging environments, such as hard soil with mixed soft gravel and stones. These conditions require the use of high-strength steel. Featuring a thicker build, rock buckets weigh approximately 20% more than standard buckets of the same size. Enhanced side teeth with stronger guards and specialized rock bucket teeth are standard. The main cutter material is NM400, and other parts can be customized as per client requests.
Quarry Excavator Bucket
The quarry excavator bucket excels in hard soil excavation, especially in tough marble conditions. Ideal for loading gravel, rubble, and handling severe rock applications, this bucket provides exceptional wear protection, ensuring long-lasting performance in highly abrasive environments. Constructed from durable, wear-resistant materials, the quarry bucket includes reinforced side blade and main blade plates for enhanced resistance to bending and abrasion.
Trench Bucket
Compared to standard buckets, the trench bucket lacks side cutters and typically measures within 300mm in width. Teeth can be added upon request. It is designed for efficient excavation of various trench shapes, completing the job in a single go.
Cleaning Bucket
The ditch cleaning bucket features a wide, shallow design with a straight edge, perfect for ground leveling and smoothing aggregates and soil. Its low-profile construction allows for increased width without additional weight. The attached cutting edge is cast for extended service life.
Skeleton Bucket
The skeleton bucket is expertly designed to segregate and remove debris and rocks from soil. It's also suitable for rock sorting, stockpiling, and demolition. Capable of handling both small and large objects, it simplifies achieving excavation goals. Widely applicable to projects in water conservancy, forestry, and agriculture, the bucket can be customized with specific screen sizes and other adaptations to suit various working environments.
Rock Skeleton Bucket
The rock skeleton bucket features advanced cutters and rock teeth compared to the standard skeleton bucket, making it ideal for more demanding tasks.
