Excavator Standard Bucket
Typically employed for the excavation of clay and loose soil, as well as the loading of sand, soil, and gravel. The standard bucket is meticulously crafted from Q355 material, ensuring durability and reliability for everyday operations.
Rock Bucket
Compared with the standard bucket, rock buckets are designed for predominantly heavy-duty operations involving hard soil, or a mix of soft gravel and gravel. These harsh conditions necessitate the use of high-strength steel. The rock bucket features a thicker build and is approximately 20% heavier than the standard bucket of the same tonnage. Enhanced with robust side teeth and specialized rock bucket teeth, the main cutter material is NM400. Additionally, other parts can be customized according to client specifications.
Quarry Excavator Bucket
Ideal for hard soil excavation, particularly with tough marble, as well as loading gravel and rubble. The quarry bucket excels in highly abrasive applications involving severe rock, offering superior wear protection. Constructed from durable, wear-resistant materials, the side blade and main blade plates are reinforced to resist bending and abrasion, ensuring a long-lasting and reliable performance.
Trench Bucket
Unlike the standard bucket, the trench bucket lacks a side cutter and typically has a width of 300mm. Teeth can be added upon request. Specifically designed for the efficient excavation of various trench shapes, the trench bucket allows for the completion of trenching tasks in one go.
Cleaning Bucket
The Ditch Cleaning Bucket, with its wide, shallow profile and straight edge, excels in ground leveling and smoothing aggregates and soil. Its low-profile design allows for increased width without additional weight. The attached cutting edge is cast for extended service life, making it a reliable tool for various cleaning applications.
Skeleton Bucket
Specifically designed to separate debris and rocks from the soil, the skeleton bucket is also versatile for rock sorting, stockpiling, and demolition tasks. Suitable for handling a range of materials, it is highly effective in achieving excavation goals. Widely applicable in water conservancy, forestry, and agriculture projects, it can be customized to meet specific screen size requirements and working environment conditions.
