A: 1). 90% of shipments are by sea to major continents such as South America, the Middle East, Africa, Oceania, and Europe. 2). For neighboring countries of China, including Russia, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, etc., we can ship by road or railway. 3). For urgent, light parts, we utilize international courier services such as DHL, TNT, UPS, or FedEx.
What are your warranty terms?
We provide a 12-month or 2000 working hours structural warranty on all our products, except for failures resulting from improper installation, operation, or maintenance, accidents, damage, misuse, non-Bonovo modifications, or normal wear.
What is your lead time?
